KMG Krav Maga 

(Krav Maga Global)

Led by Natasha Hirschfeld
Train in the official Krav Maga Global system, built specifically for real-world self-defence   rather than sport or choreography. Classes  focus on awareness, striking, clinch work, and practical responses to common street-level threats. Beginner-friendly and scalable, this program offers structured progress with clear fundamentals, rankings, and testing.

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 

(Self-Defence Focused)

Led by Paul Greenwood
This no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on real-world ground survival rather than sport competition. Training emphasizes escapes, control, balance, and staying safe without relying on uniforms or tournament rules. Beginner-friendly classes build confidence and practical skills that apply directly to self-defence situations.

Muay Thai

Led by Ryan Lee
Train traditional Muay Thai with a focus on effective striking, movement, and real-world application. Classes cover punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch work while building conditioning and resilience. Beginner-friendly instruction allows students to develop practical stand-up skills without the pressure to compete.

Full-Contact Stick & Knife Fighting

Led by Tim Mercer
One of the only programs in the region offering structured, full-contact stick and knife training. Classes begin with fundamentals and safety, then progressively build toward controlled sparring and pressure testing. Beginner-friendly design allows students to develop timing, distance management, and decision-making under stress.

East-West Combatives

Led by Adam Ahmed
A modern combatives program that teaches self-defence through an MMA lens, without the need to compete or enter the cage. Training blends striking, clinch, and ground skills into a functional system designed for real encounters. Classes are beginner-friendly and emphasize pressure-tested techniques, adaptability, and problem-solving under stress.
